OGO

is a performer, choreographer, dance instructor, and filmmaker. Born in Nigeria she grew up learning traditional dance from her culture, and Hip Hop. She later gravitated towards afrodance and has been in the movement ever since. As a self-taught dancer and freestyler, Ogo fell in love with fusing different styles of dance together. This is her motivation to keep learning and growing. 

In the past 6 years, Ogo has taken on the role of an afrodance instructor in Portland, Oregon. She has taught classes, workshops and dance programs in Oregon and beyond. She works to spread African culture through dance and grow a community of afrodancers here in the Pacific Northwest. Ogo loves making connections and a positive impact through dance.
